An application for a Faculty has been made to install a Digital Display on the church facing the square. The Public Notice can be viewed here.
Thursday’s Lunchtime Concert
This week - The Friday Singers from Abbots Langley. A popular and expanding four part choir for retired people where the emphasis is on singing for pleasure.
Please come along on Thursday at 12.30pm to hear them. It's a free concert, with refreshments served from 12.00noon.
tony is moving on …
It was announced in church on Sunday 3rd March that the Revd Tony Rindl, Vicar of St Mary’s, is to leave the parish to become part-time Vicar of St Leonard’s, Marston Green and part-time Area Dean of Yardley and Solihull in the Diocese of Birmingham.
Tony’s last Sunday at St Mary’s will be 9th June, with the usual service time of 10.30am. On Saturday 8th June there will be a Farewell Lunch to which all are invited - please let Eileen Roby (eileen.roby@stmaryswatford.org) know if you intend to be there.
