The King of Christmas

Sunday 18th December 2016 at 10.30am

This is when St Mary’s folk, young and old, tell the story of the first Christmas. Children and Grown-ups will be dressing up as people who might have been in Bethlehem on that very first Christmas. You can come dressed as an angel or a shepherd or a king too if you like! Or a Roman soldier or innkeeper? Maybe there will be a donkey or lamb or two? Who knows….. Costumes don’t have to be complicated – a simple halo of tinsel or a paper crown. Shepherds could use tea towels as headdresses
It would be great if you came as a family of kings or angels or shepherds but if dressing up is not your thing please do still come along as yourself – you will be very welcome.
More details contact Jayne Fish (Children & Families Worker)
